ponies and braids

yeah we finally gradutated to ponies!!! i thought i would try to do ponies and see what happened. this was the results: i think they turned so cute but the problem is now people will expect me to have it done from now on.

also i was so excited to be able to get this child's hair into ponies and braids. addy is my ponytail child. they just fit her.
this child is actually pretty good and likes me to do braids in her hair. i think that is because they last for a couple of days. i have really missed putting ponies and braids, especially braids, in her hair since we decided to cut it six months ago. however, the bangs she decided to cut herself are a true thorn in my side. i can't wait until they grow out.i love reading the hair blogs. but they crack me up because they are always talking about how much they love doing their girls hair, it is such a special time. that is a bunch of crap. when i had lily, kasen told jared, "look dad another girl for mom to do her hair." jared told him back, "yep, it's mom's trial in life." jared has even been known to say that there is no spirit in our house on sunday morning because of hairdoing time. this is funny to me because i truly love to do their hair, but they truly don't love it. so it is just a fight to get it done, but they sure do look so cute when they are all put together on sunday, which is the only day that it MUST be done. some days are better than others and sometimes it is just not worth the fight.
