the writing on the wall

you know when your kids do naughty, naughty things and you want to be so mad but you have to try not to laugh at the same time? this was one of those moments. then i went into blog world and started to think the blog in my head while i was processing what had actually happened. after it was all said and done i was pretty upset because i cannot get this off without refinishing the door. here is the story:

i told the kids to go get their pajamas on and get ready for bed. addy jumped right up and went and did what i had asked her to do. kasen and braylie just sat there and listened to me ask the same thing over and over (you know like the broken record i am, i just get louder with each ask). well addy came back and i was so proud of her doing what i had asked, i told her she could have a rice crispy treat. well the other two children's ears all of a sudden started to work and they jumped up and ran to do what i had asked (amazingly without me even asking them to. i guess they had heard me.) when kasen discovered that i was only going to give a treat to the one i only had to ask once, he was quite upset. this is what i came upon when i went to check on him in his room (granted he was throwing a ginormous tantrum and still did not have his pajamas on):

he was so mad at me he took a sharpie marker to his closet door. it was supposed to say "i hate you" but because he does not know how to spell it, it came out "i do i love you, kasen mock, yoda, xxxx, sonikx". special huh. oh and the yoda and sonic x are supposedly his new names. he would sign them on anything including his homework and schoolwork. sorry mrs. law.
